Rose Mcgarry, died suddenly in hospital 8th October 2008. She had not known she had ovarian cancer which had spread to her bowel and stomache, her bowel had perforated and turned to gangerine which had caused sepsis which had caused multiple organ failure.
Rose had hid all the pain that she was in and with no pain releif fought as hard as she could.She was so strong.
She was a full time mam to her 7 children, joseph 29, jonathan 28, melanie 25, vanessa 23, kimberley 22, melissa 15 and katrina 10.She had 8 grandchildren, jordan hockaday 8, hollie and charlie hockaday 5, leigh griffiths 3, isabelle griffiths 9mths, brooklyn walton 1 1/2, kai walton 9mths and the late olivia griffiths 1 1/2.Mother in law and friend to michelle wright (josephs partner) and leigh griffiths(vanessa's partner).
She lived for her children and did everything she could for all.
She was loved by all who knew her and everyone is in shock that she is not here.
We love and miss you mam.
We will look after melissa and katrina for you.

Just heard the devastating news and i can't believe that it is true.
Snatched from life too early.
We had our good times and our not so good times, Rose did not deserve anything like this and i truly feel for all the family.
I hope that she didn't suffer much pain for too long, this world is not fair to take a loving mother away from her children.
Thinking of you all.
Rest in peace after so much pain Rose!
Hope that you are in a better place now free from it all.

To Rose and Family
Our families didn't really see eye to eye in the past. A lot has changed since then.
I don't really bother with anyone anymore.
My mother told me the news on Friday 10th October and i cannot believe it is true.
I cannot begin to imagine how the family are feeling, i just hope that you are all there for each other and are supporting each other at a time when you all need it most.
Such an awful thing to leave young children behind but they will be cared for by the family i'm sure!
I lost a friend to cancer recently and i seen how horrible the illness is, and i just hope that Rose didn't suffer much!
She is in a better place now free from the terrible pain and effects of cancer.
Hope all the family are ok, my thoughts are with all of you, Jojo, johnathan, melanie, venessa, kimberly, melissa and katrina!

so sorry about your loss my mum died on the 29th sept 2008 of cancer in the pancreas she was 54 it hurts me so much still i know exactly what ur goin through my mum was in massive pain she hid it all from us she lasted 10 weeks they gave her 9 month. if u ever want to talk email me teresa43@live.com. take care and love to u and all your family
